After last week's unusual Cuddy-centric episode, House went back to normal and delievered a pretty funny episode.
The patient this week was blogger who was posting her whole life online. She got sick and still kept blogging her symptoms online. When she needed a heart-valve and had to decide between pig and plastic, she even risked splitting with her husband because she kept blogging online. Eventually, the things she didn't blog were the things that were wrong with her. I'm not going into detail, but it had something to do with bowel movements. Yuck.
The secondary storline was probably more interesting than the first one. As House has been watching porn for the last weeks (eww), Wilson decides to take him and Chase speed-dating which goes down... well you know House. Although he seems to be attracted to one of the women (who looked an awful lot like Cuddy), it's not really successful. Chase on the other hand was really successful and somehow bothered by it because he was acting like a total dummym and they still went out with him because of his looks. Who wouldn't? But he was really bothered and worried that people only liked him for his looks. Thirteen finally told him that he shouldn't be worried and is just paranoid.
Meanhwile, House tried to find out why Wilson had tried to get him away from his porn and to speeddating. And he found out that Wilson was in one of those porn movies. House kept teasing him, which was very very funny. Wilson then tried to find something embarassing about House but eventually only found out that he had been reading a book his biological father wrote. He didn't really tease him about that. Instead, he was interested if House found a kindred spirit. He didn't. but I think that storyline is going to come back, soon.
All in all, this was a pretty funny and interesting episode dealing with a current topic: The Internet and Blogging.
Best Moment: "Be not afraid"
Weirdest/Funniest Moment: The porno movie itself was weird and funny and then weird again.
Favourite Quote:
Wilson: "Giving House a computer is like giving plutonium to Dr. No!"
