I'm having a really crappy day, but this week is finale week and that will hopefully cheer me up. I'm pretty hyped about most of them, especially House, Bones and Gossip Girl. And I'll go on vacation on Saturday, so the week can only get better.

Cuddy, House and members of the team join forces with a search-and-rescue team to provide much-needed medical attention at the scene of an emergency.
Monday: Chuck: "Chuck vs. The Living Dead" (03x17)
After his last dream, Chuck asks Morgan to help him on a side mission. Their investigation becomes complicated when Stephen J. Bartowski returns and learns that Chuck downloaded the Intersect 2.0. Luckily, Chuck's father may be able to help his son.
Monday: Castle: "A Deadly Game" (02x24) (Finale)
Nothing is as it seems when Castle and Beckett investigate what appears to be the assassination of an intelligence operative. Meanwhile, Beckett’s romance with Demming threatens her relationship with Castle, forcing them to confront their feelings for each other.

The team works to uncover clues buried under a life’s worth of possessions saved by a hoarder in order to solve the mystery of his death. Meanwhile, Angela’s father has a specific purpose for his most recent visit, and Brennan and Booth are confronted with unique opportunities.
Thursday: Grey's Anatomy: "Sanctuary" (06x23) & "Death and All His Friends"(06x24) (Finale)
In the first hour of the two-hour season six finale, Seattle Grace Hospital is hit with a crisis like no other in its' history.
In the second hour of the season finale, Cristina and Meredith's surgical skills are put to the ultimate test.
