A Bones observation

I've been rewatching old seasons of Bones recently (I'm up to the last episodes of season 3 right now) and I have realized something that a lot of others have realized, too, but I've only come to terms with it now: Bones is slightly off right now. The way Booth and Brennan interact is weird. For example: back in season 1 and 2 already, they were really really close. He was watching out for her the whole time and she was much more open than she is now. I know, I know, this is mainly because of what happened in the 100th episode and then the year apart and I don't know if it's on purpose, but since Bones is back, it's been quite weird.
A major part of it is of course Hannah. Looking at Bones's and Booth's old boyfriends and girlfriends, no one has bothered me as much as she does. Hacker was kinda goofy-sweet, but I appreciated him for getting Booth and Brennan closer together. Booth and Cam, Booth and Rebecca, all valid, a little weird, but okay with me. Of couse you have to admit that while Brennan has been dating a number of guys, Booth was kinda stuck in this will-she-won't-she thing and kept waiting for Brennan. I'm kinda happy that he has found a girlfriend, but this Hannah girl is really bothering me.
It's mainly the way she speaks, so that's really the actress, but there's another part I don't like: How Booth acts around her. He's all lovey-dovey; he tries to be the perfect boyfriend and all their kissing was a little much in the last episode. He tries to be perfect and it seems a little shallow as if he's trying to conjure up some intimacy, some deep connection that he will always only have with Brennan.
And then there's the scene with Hannah in the hospital, demanding presents. How rude can a person get, especially when the other person has just saved her life? I don't know, she's just bothering me. I'm cute, I've been shot. Pfff. Especially as she gets shoved in my face all the time. Booth was together with Cam but he was off with Brennan most of the time and I still had the feeling they had a relationship. Why does it have to be out there?
Of course it has to be painfully obvious or Brennan wouldn't react. Poor Brennan, you can see how she has to try to keep her face straight. She's all facts lately, all science again and smiles a lot less. Her partnership with Booth, that lives of banter and little games, has become somewhat of a burden to her. I'm expecting her to crash some time in the near future. That girl can't hold in any longer, can she?
