What's on this Week? (9/28 - 10/4)

Season Premiere of Private Practice this week and a lot of other good stuff. Can't wait to see House return to Princeton Plainsboro and the Leonard.Penny hook-up will be interesting. Plus: Chuck and Blair fighting, yeah! It's so fun, especially afterwards.

Monday: The Big Bang Theory: "The Jiminy Conjecture" (03x02)

Leonard and Penny struggle to recover from an awkward first hookup while Sheldon and Howard stake their best comic books on a bet to determine the species of a cricket.

Monday: Gossip Girl: "The Lost Boy" (03x03)

It's an Upper East Side face-off when Blair and Chuck both set their sights on a particular item up for bid at Sotheby's and the personal stakes are high. Serena suspects that Carter may be up to his old habits, Georgina takes an interest in Dan, and Vanessa begins to suspect that something isn't quite right with Scott.

Monday: How I met your Mother: "Double Date" (05x02)

While on a blind date, Ted realizes this is actually his second first date with the same girl, and seven years later they still have nothing in common. Meanwhile, Barney takes Marshall out on the town, much to the dismay of Robin.

Monday: House: "Epic Fail" (06x03)

House returns home to Princeton where he continues to focus on his recovery, but surprises Cuddy with the news that he’s making a big change in his life. Meanwhile, the team is unable to diagnose a loud-mouthed video game creator who posts each new symptom on the internet and opts for treatments suggested by the online community rather than by the doctors, and Foreman angles for House’s job, but the pressure to solve the case creates tension in his relationship with Thirteen.

Thursday: Bones: "The Plain in the Prodigy" (05x03)

When human remains are found alongside the railroad, Brennan and Booth are called to the case. The bones belong to Levi Yoder, a member of the Amish community who disappeared roughly two months prior to his Rumspringa, or exploration of the outside world. Brennan and Booth discover that Levi was a piano prodigy, and their investigation leads them to believe that his extraordinary talent may have lead him to an untimely death. Meanwhile, Cam copes with the stress that comes from being a new parent, and Booth helps keep Cam’s stepdaughter Michelle in line.

Thursday: Grey's Anatomy: "I Always Feel Like Somebody Watchin Me" (06x03)

Several weeks after her near-death experience, a recovering Izzie returns to work. Meanwhile, nervous that there will be layoffs in the hospital in the wake of an announcement from the Chief, the Seattle Grace residents compete to survive the cuts, including Cristina, who attempts to work alongside Arizona in pediatrics. And Bailey and Alex's patient's already complex case is further complicated by her schizophrenic son.

Thursday: Private Practice: "A Death in the Family" (03x01)

After Pete discovers Violet dying on the floor of her home, having barely survived a violent attack from her patient, Katie, he rushes her to the hospital where Addison and Naomi fight to save her life. Meanwhile, the whereabouts and condition of Violet's stolen baby are unknown.
