The case was okay, a little bit weird and a lot of X-File innuendo and who would have thought Booth believed in aliens ;) The dead alien turned out to be a local alien fanatic who tried to prove there were aliens but then she found out that a company was dumping toxic waste in the desert. Booth and Brennan suspected the company's manager but eventually it was another fanatic who was mad that she betrayed their beliefs.
On the personal level, Booth and Brennan got a little closer, but the main theme was Angela and Wendell's relationship and how Hodgins reacted to it. And that was surprisingly well. Angela was very worried that he might freak out and Wendell, who is also Hodgins' friend, was a little scared that he might kick his ass. But Hodgins seemed to be okay with it. They even got coffee together, but that was very, very weird. He urged them to kiss each other and Angela felt really weird doing that. I really don't like Angela and Wendell together and I loved that finally we got to see that there are still feelings there. But the final scene with them with poor Hodgins looking after them just broke my hear. He loves her so much.
All in all, this was a pretty good episode and had some good Booth-Brennan moments. Love the Angela-Wendell-Hodgins interaction and the case was okay, too. Looking forward to next week: Working on a president-assasination.
Best Moment: Booth and Bones lying on the hood of the car, just staring in the sky and talking. Sweet.
Weirdest Moment: The body floating. Creepy.
Favourite Quote:
Booth: "You sure you'll be alright all alone in this creepy dark hospital?"
Bones: "Yes."
Booth: "Okay, right that would be me who wouldn't want that."
Current Mood: Little creeped out
