House: "The Down Low" (06x11)

It has been almost a month since the last episode of House has aired and I realized how much I have missed it when the opening titles came on: I just love those. The case was really interesting in this one and the personal stuff was just funny. But I'm getting ahead of myself again.
The patient was this drugdealer who suddenly collapsed in the midst of a deal. House quickly found out that he was a criminal (not that his "partner" wasn't obvious enough). That posed a problem as the team didn't know what was true and what was false and where the guy had been. All got even more complicated when it turned out that the drugdealer was in fact an undercover cop. I was kinda sorry for the real drugdealer btw as he seemed to be a decent man. Eventually, all turned out for the worse. The drugdealer got caught by the police and the patient died from an incurable illness. Weird to see someone die on House. Usually, he knows what's wrong and can fix it.
Meanwhile, House and Wilson had moved into their new appartment (which they practically stole from Cuddy) and both had met their new neighbour, who immediately thought the two of them were gay. A hilarious storyline ensued where House tried to subtly persuade the neighbor that he and Wilson were gay but unhappy and finally get her into bed whereas Wilson wanted to date her. I loved when House talked about an Evita-Listening-Party and of course when Wilson proposed to House. So funny. And well-played. House told Mona the truth eventually, which was kind of decent.
All in all, this was a hilarious episode and I enjoeyd it very much, including the patient-story which was kinda surprising.

Best Moment: House saying: "We're two tigers away from having an act in Vegas!"
Funniest/Weirdest Moment: House and the Chorus Line picture. "This is beautiful"
Favourite Quote:
House: (to Chase) "Did Cameron get your hair in the divorce?"
or
Wilson sings "One".
House: "I will punch you in the face"

Current Mood: One
